FAQ

What is a credit?

The unit you pay each job with. Every tool has its rate (for example, 10 credits for copy pieces). Credits are reserved when a job starts and charged only if you approve the result.

What happens when the trial ends?

On day 30 unused trial credits expire. Your account stays active: top up or buy a starter plan and keep going. We email you 7 and 2 days before.

What do I need to use the agents?

Claude or ChatGPT with support for custom connectors (MCP). Add the connector address and sign in with your RWS Oficina email.

Can my team use it?

Yes. From the admin console you invite each person by email, optionally give them a credit quota, and see usage per person.

What if a result doesn't work for me?

Reject it in the same chat and the credits go back to your balance. If the agent fails, they come back too.
